Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights
Upper Galilee is a mountainious area in northern Israel, its borders are the Litani river in Lebanon at the north, the Mediterranean Sea at the west, the 'Bet ha'Cerem' valley in the south and the Jordan river at the east.
The Golan Heights are surrounded by four countries: Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Israel.
